- Day 1
Departure from Mumbai & Pune in Evening
Begin your exciting journey towards Hampi in a comfortable AC Urbania. Board from designated Mumbai and Pune pickup points and enjoy an overnight road trip to Karnataka.
- Day 2
Anegundi Sightseeing & Adventure
Arrive at Hampi, check in, and explore Malyavanta Raghunatha Temple, Chintamani Temple, Durga Temple, and Sanapur Lake. Experience a coracle ride and optional cliff jumping subject to conditions. Enjoy sunset at Anjanadri Hill and an overnight stay.
- Day 3
Explore Historic Hampi
Discover Virupaksha Temple, Vijaya Vittala Temple, Stone Chariot, Hampi Bazaar, Lotus Mahal, Elephant Stables, Queen's Bath, Mahanavami Dibba, and other heritage monuments. Witness a beautiful sunset from Matanga Hill before returning to the hotel.
- Day 4
Badami Heritage Exploration & Return Journey
Travel to Badami and explore its ancient Cave Temples, Agastya Lake, Bhutanatha Temple, Mallikarjuna Temple, and Banashankari Temple, according to available time. Begin the overnight return journey towards Pune and Mumbai.
- Day 5
Arrival in Pune & Mumbai
Arrive in Pune early morning and Mumbai later in the morning, bringing home unforgettable memories of Hampi and Badami.

- Additional adventure activities not specifically included in the package.
- Extra hotel accommodation or meals resulting from travel delays or unexpected circumstances.
- Tips, gratuities, and personal expenses.
- Private room upgrades and additional services requested by travellers.
- Any services not explicitly mentioned under Package Inclusions.

Terms
# Booking & Payment Policy
1. Travellers can initiate their booking by paying an advance of ₹4,500 per person.
2. The remaining package amount must be paid at least 15 days before departure.
3. Seat confirmation is subject to the booking payment and final confirmation from OnRoadTrips.
4. An additional ₹1,000 will be charged for long-weekend and festival departures, as applicable.
5. Couple/private room upgrades are subject to availability and additional charges.
6. Applicable GST will be charged separately.
Cancellation & Transfer Policy
1. Cancellation made at least 30 days before departure: 50% of the total trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
2. Cancellation made within 30 days of departure: 100% of the total trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
3. Bookings are non-refundable except where the organiser explicitly provides a refund under the applicable cancellation terms.
4. Booking transfers to another traveller for the same departure may be permitted with prior approval from OnRoadTrips.
5. If OnRoadTrips cancels the entire trip, the organiser's stated policy provides for a refund with prior notice.
Travel & Accommodation
1. Accommodation is provided on a triple-sharing basis unless a private room upgrade is confirmed.
2. The itinerary and sightseeing sequence may be modified due to weather, traffic, monument closures, government restrictions, safety considerations, or operational requirements.
3. Hotel arrangements and boarding details will be shared or confirmed before departure.
4. Arrival and departure timings are approximate and may vary.
5. Travellers must arrive at their assigned boarding points on time.
6. Any additional expenses arising from unforeseen travel delays are not included in the package.
Activities & Safety
1. Coracle rides depend on water levels, local permission, weather conditions, and operator availability.
2. Cliff jumping is conditional on legal permission, appropriate supervision, and suitable safety arrangements. These activities cannot be guaranteed.
3. Life jackets are mandatory for organised water activities.
4. Travellers must follow instructions from the trip captain and local activity operators.
5. Hill climbs and other physically demanding activities are optional, subject to coordination with the trip captain.
6. Travellers should inform the organiser about any relevant mobility or medical requirements before booking.
Traveller Conduct
1. Alcohol consumption, illegal drugs, and littering are strictly prohibited during the tour.
2. Travellers must respect local customs, religious sites, historical monuments, and fellow participants.
3. Appropriate clothing must be worn at religious places.
4. Touching, climbing, or damaging protected monuments is strictly prohibited.
5. Leaving the group early requires prior approval. Unused group services are generally non-refundable.
6. All travellers must cooperate with the trip captain and follow safety instructions throughout the journey.
